Incompetent!!!
Its so true, and now its really confirmed!!!
I do agree that weather is something natural, but if you cannot forecast something, why try to do it???
first false forecast, its ok,
second one, still ok,
third one, becoming to be annoying
but with the 
Mauritius Meteorogical Services, its so obvious that each and every forecast they do, all are them turn out to be true lies!
Be it a simple daily forecast or a cyclone forecast, they always go wrong in all their forecasts.
The most recent experience that all the mauritians and the world have undergone, leaves the Mauritius Meteorogical Services in a really bad situation!
This 31 Jan 2008, at 7am, the Mauritius Meteorogical Services maintains a cyclonic warning class 3 in mauritius and forecasts that the cyclone is approaching dangerously mauritius and even with their stats,they show that the cycone is following a steady direction and path, and it located 260km from mauritan coasts.
At around 845am, No Cyclone Warning!
How can a cyclone, that they are following since the last days, dissapear like that, 260km from the coasts, just like that?
Especially when the ‘EXPERIENCED forecast officers’ have been telling that the cyclone is coming directly and without doubt near mauritius!!!

uhh error yashvin. to pane bien ecout bulletin. cyclone la emplas. li pane disappear. but line afaibli n as its a very small 1,ban vent fort la pres r so center. thats y banla ine tir class 3 as unless centre la pass bien pres a maurice,pa pou ena bel degat. but mem sa,banla ine preciser that dan afternoon kpv ena rain n du vent. anyway,GRACE A METEO NUNE GAGN 1 CONGER!!! KI TO P CRITIKER!

Hi.
I agree. Its all lies.
However it seems that the Meteo is “extremely” precise. In less than 2 hours as from 7.00 a.m today 31/01/08, there is a shift from class 3 to no classes meaning no gusts of the order of 80-90 km/h will be recorded at all. It seems there is something fishy out there !!

meteo france in fini dir cyclone in affaiblie. zot habituer copier mem , kifer zot pane copy n paste info la zot ti pu dan bien la.

Hey mari mat sa.. Ene nuit panne dormi.. ti p ecoute radio.. 03.45 zotte mete cyclone classe 3 mo dire korek pena work.. Mo alle dormi.. Mo wakie 07.00 tjr ena classe 3.. 08.00 ene boug de meteo intervenir lor radio et dire ki pou ena banne vents tres fort a partir de midi et ena ene forte possibilite mette classe 4. Li dire li cyclone la tjr ene forte tempete.. Li panne affabli.. Line change tragectoire et li p approche moris.. Et li ene danger directe pour moris.. Mo mari content pena boulot.. Mo dire mum taler nu cuit roti et carry poulet so so nou manger..
Bel lollllll mo dire zotte.. a 08.45 mo tanne dire no cyclone warning is in force in mauritius.. Mo beze decouyonner mo dire zote..

Anyway, prochain cyclone pa pou gagne moi, mo pou check internet selma, tire l’antenne television, branche play station, cachiete tou radio, pou pli seryer.

Hey Pauvre diable la.. Lor so interview lor radio plus.. Li dire si premier minis pas daccord avec so facon line gere sa cyclone la b li pret pou pran banne responsabilite..

Hmmm weps mone lire something like Meteo France et lezotte meteo mondiale ine prevoir sa.. Banela ine prevoir li cyclone la ena banne vent plus ki 120 km/h alors ene classe trois ti important et logique.. Mais bon cyclone la li ene cyclone de ene a c petit diametre ce qui fait ki li panne trop affecter moris avant l’apres midi.. Cyclonne la ti encore stationnaire vers 10 hr du mat hier soir.. Apres d’apres meteo france line passe a 150 km de moris vers 11 hrs.. Donc pas ti bizin enleve classe trois car c’est dans l’apres midi ki cyclone in casse fs..
Maintenant jugez vous meme si meteo pena l’influence politic..
Tous zafer politizer dans sa moris la..

directeur meteo in bizin donne interview la presse ek lor mbc ek pur encore des jours a venir, le pov pti cheri….. enfin pa si pov ki sa since li directeur li bizin p gagne 1 gro salaire.

Kot moi ti ena bel soleil en plein classe 3. Coumant tir classe 3 bel la pluie…lorla mo dad bizin alle travaille dan sa la pluie la. Mo tende dir circulation bloké kan ti tir classe 3 & dimoune p panické dan Port Louis lol

Seul 3 Meteo-Man competent dan lhistoire meteo moris: RANJIT VAGHJEE, SUBIRAJ SOK APPADOO & LA-VOIX-FAM MAN PREM GOOLAUB.
Dabord ban camouade, Alerte cyclonic pena rien a fer directement ek letemps. Mem ena class 3 et ena soleil, veu dir ki position et mouvent cyclone la ki dangerous. 1 movais conception ki morisien ena lor Alerte cyclonic.
COncernant Gula, so diametre tipti et li desintegrer pendan ki li ti p approche moris, de ce fai, so pression Atm ine ogmenter pres cot centre, alor risk la ti faible. Pa blame Mr Boodhoo, akoz c 1 confusion kine derouler akoz prevision Londre et Hawaii. Morisien kot gaye pu plainyer li pu plainyer mem. Mru ine perdi 500M en chiffres d’affaire zis pu sa zour la. Prefere pense economie Pays ki pense ou lili en ca lepok dificile la ban zenn… Line gaye nissa, nu si nu-ine gaye nissa, ABEY NISSA LA CONTINIER

one thing for sure, i never rely on the forecasts of the mauritian meteorological services, even if they show so much info on our screens Meteo Normal, Meteo des plages et Meteo Agricole!
mo diman mo meme, combien % of those forecasts really come out to be true???

mwa kan meteo morice fine met class 3, mone obliger kit mo lili pu rente lor internet pu check la sitiuation.
mone fer sa zefore la parceki mo pa fer meteo morice confiance pou 1 sou.
mo check zimage infrarouge du met7 de 3hr du matin,mo truv kitchose pa normal r prevision meteo morice.
pour comfirmer mo check zismage vapour e la mo kas 1 gran rier.
cyclone gula p 2organiser apre 1 legere intensification durant la nuit.
compare image avant minuit e a 3hr,1 simple amateur du meteo truver ki p 2rouler.
ver 5hrs du matin gula in pet le plom,
meteo morice p dire pren kont nu liki pu k c dan lapre midi
la honte
ti kpav laise mo mem predir lor radio, nu pa ti pu blamer mondialment

Wai Kamlesh. Bane meteo maurice la bane kakaliki mem sa. Lamour propre zot pena. Sa bane pitin kine rente par baking sa. Mo deman mwa si zot vraimen kompren ki zot rakonter.
