• This Nomad Technician was sent to my house after making request some 2 weeks before
• Since i changed my modem one week before, i stopped having problems
• The technician found there was no problems n seemed angry since he had to come to my place uselessly.
• He told me this in a rude way “B pena probleme dan connection”
• I replied to him that it was not my fault since i complained 2 weeks before and its now that his company sent him.
• When i told him earlier that a technician A…(a friend of mine) came and solved some of my problems before, he called him as “La monnaie Zetter sa”
• and before going away, he told me sarcastically : “faire compliments to camarade”
• I reported him to my friend who further reported him to the ones above him

Now this technician is creating a issue out of my blog because i cited his behavior

I have no right? WTF???
its my blog and i have the right to write what i think, especially when it concerns me!

Btw, since i guess lot of nomad staff would be reading this,

Nomad Owes me Rs1264 since December 2006 due to a billing error, am
still waiting for the cheque and my file is still in billing depart
since February…please, do the necessary.

i dont like it when other people seeking personal revenge include me in their drama, just because i wrote the truth about them.

when i checked my mail this evening, i got a mail from “hi5″ with title
“Jassica Horoianka has sent you a hi5 Photo Comment“

Its always a pleasure n joy to check wat friends write in my profile, but the following things were not normal

• there was no pic of the sender in that mail.
• there was no copyright of hi5 in the bottom

Nevertheless i clicked n the “Review Comment” and was sent to the following login page

that was more n more strange.
however its login page was practically the same as the true one which i immediately verified

Another strange thing, the password field is not masked

Once u click on Login, your user-name n password are sent to another page, this can  be seen from the status bar;

After this redirect to that strange address, the original hi5 page is displayed, as if nothing has happened…

Strange na?
if ever u get that mail, do not try to login !
n do add a comment here to let me know am not the only one targeted by that “Jassica Horoianka”..

before starting wiz anything, a big THANKS to all my friends who have organised and participated in today’s event!

it was the best party ever organised for me, among all those people whom i like and love
i dont know how to thank them enough to show my gratitude to them, perhaps this post?

so, now here is how my the special day started

• i reached university accompanied by my swt @ 10:45

• we waited for the latecomers till 11:15

• they gathered all the stuff to smash or pour on my head
  among; eggs, dahi, fruit juice, la poudre kentucky….

  

  brrrrrkkkkkkk! but it was so cool !

• after the traditional official ‘cassing disef’ ceremony (See all the 40 pics), we moved to Shoprite

• there, i was sent for a tour wiz Shaks while others organised the cake

• we then bought our lunch (pizzas + KFC )

• then, the cake cutting ceremony

• My gifts handed to me(512 pendrive + photo frame + biblo + horoscope prediction)

  

• the photo session

• back to uni, bassin canard where we spent some time

  

• finally home, tired but extra content

as i was saying, 130 yrs already for St Joseph College and generations of josephians have been wearing this uniform with pride and even if we are not more wearing it, we, as ex-josephians, we wear it in our hearts, forever..

here is a post related to my experience and pride to be a josephian and here are some pics from my last day @ saint joseph in 2003 (a lot of changes lol, i think i wasnt the same @ all!)

Today, Splash, Javin (turned up xtra late as usual!) and me ( seki habite pli loin, rente toujours premier!) met as plan in our college and there we

• met all the teachers who were as happy as us, seeing each other after 4 yrs

• made a flashback in the past, remembering our days!

What is this Tokelau???

Tokelau consists of 3 large atolls 480 km north of Western Samoa
(dont ask me, i dont know either where it is found !)

Unnecessary
to say, but it is far from where you are.
Far away, far from home, unless you live in Tokelau, of course. To get to
Tokelau you need a 37 hrs boat trip from Apia, West Samoa.

To be brief, in order to

• enable communication with
  the whole world,
• promote education
• facilitate medical
  purposes

only the internet can help because of the island’s
location.

The project is about funding the installation of internet infrastructures on
the island.
Currently the island has a 384 kbps downstream and 64 kbps upstream Internet
connection and the aim of the project is to reach a  full duplex 512 kbps
Internet satellite link to the group of islands.
Other costs include the maintainance of the system.

The money obtained from banner and sale of  .tk domains is used to
finance the project

lol, i think that i will also make my own newsletter
i cant live without nomad…am sure a lot of you have understood this…

so, nomadlife newsletter is at its 2nd issue and its second logo..
i think they are planning to change their logo monthly

according to the interview of the CEO of Navini Networks,
WiMax (the technology which nomad uses) is THE technology [...]

Sure, i dont deny this bcoz it works (perfectly well, i suppose) in over 50 commercial networks in the 6 continents.
BUT i dont think that the strategy nomad is using here is working to the expectation of their customers (unsatisfied?) and bounded to 1 yr contract.

Another truc which attacted my attraction, lol,
was on the nomad portal…

Their servers are fast, no doubt
bcoz they work even when u got no connection to any other sites
since they are local & directly on same network as nomad users

ya, for those who dont want to spend their money paying Mauritius Telecom for the endless minutes, waiting for the customer care ( i do salute some of their staff), try to use Nomad Assistant.
“Seems” it solves some of your problems

Some days back, i finally got a visit from a nomad technician(D…..), who was supposed to come about 2 weeks before!

• He came at home
• Found no problems (since i changed my modem)
• Told me that i should have reported that i got no more problems
• “mone rince li akoz li siposer come 2 weeks before!“
• in addition to that, he dared to treat another nomad techician (A…,a friend of mine) as “la monnaie zetter”.
  I immediately reported him!
  affaire a suivre
• he went away nearly in anger, n
• told me “politely” to “faire compliments to camarade”

another step which nomad made forward(?) is the upgrade of their forum, some days back it seems and ‘par hasard’, i was passing by…

the admins there didnt find it useful to link the old topics to the new forum,
perhaps because they were all saturated with problems faced by nomad?
lets hope our posts do not dissapear after moderation, at least they cant moderate my post here
